Integrated Optimization Method of IPPS under TOU and Tiered Electricity Price

Energy-saving production is one of the issues that must be paid attention to by today’s manufacturing enterprises. Aiming at problem integrated process planning and scheduling (IPPS) in process, considering Time-of-Use (TOU) tiered electricity price, this paper systematically studies energy-saving order reduce power consumption processing production. To establish multiobjective optimization mathematical model problem, load balancing equipment considered, minimization maximum are taken as objectives. Then, constraints resource multiprocess, switching strategy idle time introduced, including shutdown restart operations. In solve easily, a firefly algorithm (MOFA) based on five-layer coding designed, elite introduced protect excellent individuals iterative population. Finally, through specific example, Pareto solution set obtained, which provides reference scheme for decision-makers, verifies correctness effectiveness algorithm.
